On 26/01/09 the Headway Gateshead Committee held a strategy/planning day at Irwin Mitchell's office in Newcastle.
The event was facilitated by Alastair White (Headway's North East Regional Co-ordinator) and it turned out to be very informative and interesting.
The committee has two new members Alistair McDonald (Chair) and Jackie Waggott (Treasurer).
The result of the day is that we now have a firm strategy and set of targets for the short, medium and long term.
Members of the committee will now collate the information produced on the day and use it to inform their thinking when meeting with Commissioners of services.
