Thanks to everyone who attended our Christmas party in December at Eslington Villas - we had a lovely evening.
Our next group meeting will be held on Tuesday 12th January 2010. Jayne Norwood from Gateshead Council will be visiting our group to provide advice and support on health issues including diet, exercise and other health related information. So come along to find out more about what is on offer in your local area, it might even help out with some of your New Year resolutions!
Our February meeting will be at Gateshead Carers on Tuesday 2nd February, further details will follow in due course.
