Headway Gateshead and South Tyneside and Headway Tynedale were "hanging around" together at the Calvert Trust activity centre on Wednesday 26 May 2010.
Having a go on the 'King Swing' was the highlight of the afternoon. The group worked together to hoist fellow members up to a great height before the person at the top pulled the all important red and black strippy rope to release the swing into action!
Group members said that the best and worse part of the activity was the free fall element before the swinging motion actually started!!
After the King Swing people had their feet firmly back on the ground with an archery competition.
